The needle FHS reduces the cost of production, reduces the time of stoppage of production,
less wear and tear of crochet and less damage caused by a different positioning of the needle

In the manufacture of leather products, materials are often used thick
different, therefore necessitating yarns of different sizes: for decorative sewing
for sealing points and for the seams on the reverse.

This requires a continuous change of measure of the needles,
causing pause times for the machines,
interruptions of the work process, and problems in arranging the hook.

The distance between the tip of the looper and the final part of the flaring of the needle
always remains constant, regardless of the extent of the needle. So increasing the needle size from 70 to 120 should not act mechanically.

The hook works with less mechanical stress, reducing wear and mechanical damage.
