One of the services offered by Zallocco Ltd is the rebuilding of used machines, thanks to the experience of over 50 years in the industry is able to restore old machines for footwear and leather goods in such a manner comparable to the new.

The various stages of reconstruction:

1. The selection and choice of machine is used to reconstruct on the basis of the mechanical parts in good condition.
2. While disassembling the machine, is a first selection of all the mechanical parts and replace worn, then the machine is repainted.
3. In replacement of machinery, is conducted the review of mechanical and electronic parts, then as rephased was recalibrated and the origin.
4. The machine is now rebuilt. Technical experts test the machine in various processes and different materials, reaching the so-called like new.
